Feeling Bloated or Puffy up after Lifting
Is it normal or has anyone else experienced the feeling of being bloated or a feeling of being swelled up after lifting? Day of and even morning after? Is it water retention? I just started a lifting program the beginning of this week and have been feeling puffy and really want to know if it's normal. Thanks!
