I almost gave up...

But finally seeing SOME results! Been lifting heavy for about a month and a half, maybe closer to two and was getting very frustrated with the (no) results. Felt "fluffy" and wasn't visually losing the weight. I don't weight but do go off of the image in the mirror and how my clothing fit. In the past week, I have actually been seeing the beginning of some good results. Definition, some fat melting off, and just feeling better in my clothing. Thank GOD I didn't stop lifting but do wonder why I felt so dang fluffy for so long. Now I'm just feeling so much more motivated to lift.
