Drank all my water which is easy, I love water. Tried a pilates class it was challenging but I loved it will return and did 25 minutes on the elliptical before the class. Practiced conscious eating baked some delicious gluten free oatmeal cookies and only ate 2. I LOVE COOKIES! Watched too much TV. Had a good day:happy:

I totally understand had the same problem with blue corn chips. Try measured portions in snack bags. When you head towards the box immediately think of another task you have to do. If you buy the cereal for you don't buy it anymore. Put a bowl of fruit out and when reaching for the cereal grab some fruit. You will find…

I do the elliptical, walk strength train, stationary bike pushups and ab work. Looking forward to the activities. Accepted the 300 jumping jack challenge last week and my knees hurt for a week but open to anything other than jumping jacks.
