I don't know about the bran but I put the chia seeds in nut butter and eat with apples, celery. And when I make my fiber and protein cookies I put them in the dough, also in granola and yogurt

Hello every just found this thread. I'm from the midwest and 55 y/o and started MFP last August. Really focused now planning a curise to the Bahamas in March and want to buy a new smaller swim suit even if is just one size smaller than the one I have.:smile:

Do not like running at all. That is why I don't do it. Nothing about it appeals to me, nothing. So, yeah I loath running.

At home I love my stationary bike can watch tv and ride for an hour or more. At the Y I love the elliptical.
