My husband and friends thinks I have a "problem" since I made goal and now want to lose 10 more' lbs. Do I have a problem for wanting to lose more weight? No. Does their opinion matter? Yes but mine matters more. You have to do what's right for you and ignore what others say.

I'm 5'4 and met my goal of 145 a week or so ago. I'm now aiming for 135, which I haven't weighed since college. I say 130 is a good number for someone our height but then again, it all depends on how you look and feel. I think your build also plays a factor is this as well.

I lost the last 10 lbs by doing high and low calories days. By switching up the amount of calories eaten, I lost the last 10 within 2-3 months.

Thanks everyone!

I'm 5'4", 27 yrs old, and just hit my goal of 145 today (very curvy, medium build). I do believe I'll be loosing another 10 lbs, just to see how I feel at 135 . I'm eating anywhere from 1200 - 1500cals/day. No exercise lately but I'll be working on that when I can.

App not syncing with website plus it posts random calories that I haven't even used.

@Crista_b - I've been following MFP for about 2 months now. I have MFP set for 1 lbs/week. Thanks for your response!
