I haven't exercised a bit and lost about 40 lbs. I'm at goal now and have been since June 2013. Eating at a deficit definitely works! I'm jumping on the exercise train soon and plan on starting the C25K program.

I haven't ran in years, thus the training. LOL I need to work up to running the whole distance. No competition at all. Just doing it for the fun of it

Age 27 Before & after weight - before 174, after 135 Start & goal reached date - Started Nov 2012, reached my goal July 2013 Best strategy for removing weight - Following MFP or JUDDD Current strategy for maintaining the weight - 5:2

I'm using 5:2 to maintain. I was using JUDDD to lose weight so the transition was easy. I've maintained my weight between 132-135 using 5:2 and am very happy with it. It fits into my lifestyle easily.

Yes I've found that I can control my hunger alot better on JUDDD. I know what "real" hunger is and eat when I feel the need to.

a great ribeye, with a loaded baked potato and a glass full of cranberry juice and vodka.

Congrats on sticking to the plan! I'd say have a little something but don't overboard. A slice or two of pizza won't kill your progress.

I lost 20+ lbs on WW and found that it definitely helped with eating better and eating smaller portions. I started using MFP in conjuntion with WW on that last 10 lbs I had to lose. Lost those last 10 lbs and am now using MFP exclusively. I wanted to lose 10 more lbs further and I've lost 4.2 thus far. You really can't go…
