Your advice please....My hubby wants me to run a 5k with him when he gets back. So I'm going start training this weekend. Now, how do I train and NOT lose any more weight? I'm doing a pretty good job of maintaining. Do I eat back the calories that I burn? I don't want to get any smaller than I am now. Thanks for the help.…

Made goal weight today :)
I made my goal weight of 145 today and I'm pretty happy about it. So happy, in fact, that I'll be losing another 10 lbs LOL. Am I nuts to want to lose more weight?

TDEE daily cal vs. MFP daily cal
Hello, everyone. I calculated my TDEE yesterday, which is 1860 calories/day. My goal is to lose more weight so I subtracted 25%, which left me at 1395 calories/day. MFP has me at 1240 calories/day. Which should I follow? Should I be eating more to lose weight? I've been following the MFP calories and losing ounces/week.…
