Well I feel old now.... I had a small rinky dink toy one when I was little. No work out today for me. Spent the day with my bro in Hollywood, just to get away from home and do something different. Exercise to resume tomorrow.

I've had asthma as long as I can remember. It's sad that asthmatics don't think they can exercise, but they just haven't been given the right info and tools. I had to learn how to mow the lawn and not trigger an attack. It's much easier now, but I still don't like mowing :ohwell:

I've been taking it real easy with the workouts. I have a ball of nerves in my back that will occasionally cause a knot and agonizing pain. Its feeling better today. Some of these stories are turning my stomach. A few years a go I went to In-n-Out with a bf, went through the drive thru. I guess someone lost their weave in the Animal Fries. Thick black tangled mess of hair took up half the container. Bf called got a free meal. Oh it was nasty.

WW, you're so right about exercising when you feel it. I didn't today, but it was my rest day anyway. This week... not much happened. My arms seem to have the strength of a weed in the wind, but I'm working on it. Also I lost one of the two pounds I gained over the past few weeks. Some day I will be under 190!

I know Weight Watchers doesn't count fruit/veggies, but they are on a points program. MFP is based on calories, not points. I count EVERYTHING. Even if its just a serving of lettuce with 5 calories. It all adds up.

Well Easter was good. Eating...not so much, ended up with around 3000 calories. But one day won't kill me. Today was much better with the caloric intake despite a highly emotional day. I also have an NSV. Last week I got me some new shorts and have gone from a real tight size 18 to a kinda tight size 16.

Warm or room temp water will make you feel full, cold water will hydrate you faster without getting the "full" feeling as bad. This happens to me. I don't have a recipe for you, but I put peanut butter in my smoothies all the time. I just put the liquid in first and make sure to drop the pb right in the middle. Never have a problem with it sticking to the sides.

Perfect, I boiled some eggs the other day and already logged one to eat with lunch. I like eggs for the most part, but the easiest way to eat them is boiled for me. It just means I don't have to worry about how I'm going to fix them or what to eat it with.

Thank goodness I have a lemon tree. :smile: I stick mostly to frozen veggies or fruits, they are usually cheaper and last longer. For fresh stuff, I love the 99cent store. They actually have some good quality veggies.
