I didn't really learn anything this past week. I am a little frustrated that I'm not losing more weight. I think I'm at one of those plateau things people talk about. Also today, I decided to pig out a bit and somehow my calories stayed under 1600. So I guess I am learning how to manage my calories without jumping on here…

I'm allergic to most common fruits :cry: otherwise I would always have a banana, cantaloupe or orange in my hand. I LOVE green beans in butter and garlic!

All I can say is, not all pills work for everyone. Also, its takes a while to lose weight, some lose faster then others. It took me a full year to lose just 23 pounds. Just stick with it, stuff doesn't happen over night.

My furbabies are cats. Twin boys, 6 years old. One just got out of the hospital with bladder problems, hes doing much better. But his brother is still mad at him for having been gone 2 days. I run a bakery from my home, so I always have cupcakes, frosting and chocolate on hand. But lucky me, I don't eat it lol. I LOVE corn bread and garlic bread! I also can't keep avocados in the house, I instantly make guacamole and eat it all.

Nice list. For lunch I had left over chili and corn bread. (beans, tomato sauce, fiber) For dinner I'm make easy spaghetti (wheats, tomatoes) I've also been drinking juice (cherry, pomegranate) So without even knowing it, I've incorporated stuff off the heart healthy list.

I remember banana and rootbeer actually tasting like they should. My smoothie go-to recipe is super simple: berries or fruit (whatever you like) plain yogurt little bit of milk cinnamon (depending on fruit or berries used) Also: bananas raspberries peanut butter water or milk to thin it down

I love my frozen veggies. I cook just for me so fresh stuff tends to go bad before I get to it. A lot of the time frozen veggies or fruits can be cheaper too. Healthy doesn't have to be expensive. BTW- I was an orange popsicle.

I got this! All my meals are already planned and even my after dinner dessert is logged, within my calorie goal! I've killed my legs the past few days, so today is upper body. I plan at least 10 minutes. Not much but it will get my butt off the couch.

I did much better today then I have been. But I ate back ALL my exercise calories, usually I only try to eat back half. I'm still here and still logging, no matter if it was a 'bad' day or not.

Ok, I'll admit... The past 2 weeks haven't been the best for me (barely working out and going over my calorie goals) I'm trying but not very hard. I know that even if I don't feel up to a workout that I NEED to be controlling what I eat. Today I'm getting back on the wagon.

I just joined the group but January is so far so good. I've lost about 5 lbs and am down about 1/2 a jean size.

After googling what a "burpee" was, yea I would hate those too. I can't stand jumping jacks. I do one and I'm done, so not my thing.
