22 miles?! Wow good going. I ended up just over 15 miles last week and off to a slow start this week. I pulled something in my back so today was a 'rest day'.

I use to work with a bunch of 20 yr olds. They were saying that women shouldn't have babies after age 25 because they are too old... I'm 29 and don't have babies yet. It actually hurt my feelings :(

Totally this. Even after being on here for months, I want to keep logging and learning. I'm a lot better now, but I'm not yet where I want to be.

I usually just weigh meats. Other then that I weight the occasional thing to see how much something is, then after that I just eyeball it. I measure pasta, rice and stuff like that. But mostly just eyeball. Its worked for me so far :smile:

Absolutely! You can add fruits and veggies to a pitcher of water to help make it taste different and help you enjoy staying hydrated.

Honestly, the best advice I've heard is about MFP. My brother joined and was tracking just for fun, but he talked about it a lot. I think at that time he lost 5lbs just by logging. I just spent $60 on new jeans and a bra... I like losing weight but not spending money lol. Although I am happy to have a new pair of skinny jeans.

Wow thats wonderful! I've only done a little over 14 miles of walking/jogging since Tuesday. But I'm proud, thats a lot for me. I've also done some upper body, surprisingly my arms don't hurt as much as they use to after a good workout. This group has forced me to push myself a lot.

Your sister sounds like my mom. She puts on a good front to strangers, but the close family knows better. That's why I have no self esteem, slight BDD and emotionally shut down at times.

Exactly. Am I there for "unhealthy" because I eat after 6 pm, but don't go to bed until 11 or 12? Also, I'm very curious as to why OP wants to be able to judge if someone is "healthy". Is she a doctor? In that case, shouldn't she have gone to school to know? Just by looking at me, I don't think its anyones business.
