I totally agree. Although I have come across some posts that are deliberately cruel. No one really needs to be told "You are so stupid. Your thought process is F*ed up". In that case just offer advice instead of being a sh*thead.

You log the ice cream you got for later so you know how many calories to burn during your workout. But you don't work out enough so you skip the ice cream :sad:

I'm at 200 right now. I want to be at or under 190 by the end of February because I'm going to Disney Land. Other then that, no time frame. The end of the year would be nice to be at goal weight, but I'm not worried about it. I know I will get there at some point!

I like all kinds of lettuce. Usually try getting mixed greens. Light ranch cheese croutons sometimes carrots cottage cheese Oh so yummy. I kind of have a limit as to what I can have raw. I'm allergic to many fruits and veggies unless cooked.

Alrighty, done! 1.3 mile jog yesterday and 2 mile walk today. I've also done some upper body weights, just in case I need to be swinging a bat or crow bar or whatever I can find.

I use to work with a guy named Fernando, but when he first transferred to my office I couldn't remember his name. I called him Frank, knowing I was wrong, but he didn't mind and it became his office nickname. Also, I have a friend named April, but she gets Ava an offal lot.

I feel sloppy when my shirt is bunched up on top of my butt. So thats usually why I pull it down.

Personally I don't like facial piercings or tattoos that can't be hidden. I have 2 piercings in each ear and one tat on my upper back. I also plan on getting at least one more tat. But everyone likes different things, I'll like you either way.

I'm nervous that I might have saggy skin. I've been so big for so long, I don't know what my body will do. I'm also nervous about gaining the weight back at some point. Also, I'm afraid that my mentality won't change, I will always feel fat and to me, I will always look fat.

I'll be 30 this year too. Oct 30th. Not really excited about it. I'm hoping to not be single by then and to be pretty close to my weight loss goal. I started MFP in August 2012 with 74lbs to lose, I only have 60 more to go.

My mother basically told me that I was "too big" to get a boyfriend and that it was my own fault I haven't been on a date in a while. I still haven't gotten over that. I cried for about a week after. That was 4 months ago.
