I am in the same boat. In the past I yo yo diet but trying to make a life change and not do that again. I have 141 to loose but lost 40lbs since January. I also am gluten free. Feel free to add me.

That is awesome. I have been on this since Monday and dropped 9 lbs so far. I have alot to loose so it is all good. I am going to pick up the cook book so I can have other ideas other than stir fry every night. lol

I count it because every pound or part of is another pound or less loss so it all counts. I use the wii fit plus board as my scale.

I don't eat alot of bread will read the article and see what it says. I have increased my exercise from nothing to doing 30 minutes a day or more and eating right.

I rarely eat carbs or very few. Before this diet I would eat alot of bread and starchy foods now I hardly have any. The last piece of bread was saturday and sunday when my husband made my breakfast. Thank you it does seem easy to get off I was just getting worried it was too much but seems it is the norm for the first week or so. That is a relief to know it will slow down some.

Welcome. Thank you I have retained fluid for awhile on meds for it that I hope to be rid of someday. I use the wii fit scale it is more accurate than my scale is. My husband said he can get his arms around me so I must be getting smaller :) My clothes are feeling better not so tight fitting as they use to be.

thank you slow and steady wins the race a quote from franklin my kids favorite show. lol I know in time it will slow down I just find it hard eating all my calorie probably why it is dropping off so fast.

I have 2107 calories that was with exercise putting that up and today consumed 1361

thank you it seems to be fast but would rather it come off fast than not at all. I was on weight watchers and when I hit the plateau it took forever to come off then I gave up but didn't exercise where now I do will just plug away at it one pound at a time until I reach my goal weight.

Thank you that Is what I am thinking. I am retaining alot of fluid on a water pill for it so I know alot is fluid. Don't want to stop loosing a pound or 2 a week would be good. But 13 a week I would be at goal in just a few months or less that would be nice but not realistic.

thank you I do cook with olive oil plus when I make salad I use a olive oil and lemon juice mix for the dressing so I do get a bit of healthy fat in every day. As for the loss will see how the next couple weeks go. I don't eat most of my calorie mainly cuz I am satisfied on half so, I may need to add more but will see what…

I have 2 sometimes 3 cups a day. Mine is black though but my capachino that I drink on occassion from my kerig machine has a cream in it just not sure the cal for it. I also stick mainly to water for my beverage. My husband uses stevia for sweetener for his coffee and it doesn't have the bitter aftertaste that the other…

thank you adding my food intake is actually easier than the ww plan I was on. This is easier and having the support of my family helps too :)
