I just did W5D3 today too! I can't believe how proud I am of myself! I'm not sure if any of you listen to the Chubby Jones Podcast but she had me laughing out loud while the sun was rising at 5am in Central Park this morning! I feel like I have had so much more energy all day.

This is so interesting to me because I am 12 weeks postpartum now and some weight did initially fall off and now it is getting really hard. I wonder if the weight will be easier to come off once I'm done nursing. I'm so afraid to reduce my calories too much because I don't want to decrease my milk production.

Hey Alycat, I'm also in the same boat. I'm 12 weeks post partum with #2 and I feel and look awful. My husband is gorgeous, athletic and genetically blessed (with lots of genetically blessed sisters who can pop out babies and go back to six packs like it's nothing!). Let's support each other and get through this!

Wow! That's awesome! Congrats to you! I am on W4D1 of C25K and just signed up for my first 5K for Oct 5th. That is amazing that you will be doing a 10K. Sorry I can't be of more help but just wanted to wish you luck & let you know that I have seen people mention a C210K on here. Maybe that would help.

Hi Sam - I don't know if you are still checking this thread but I just finished W3D3 today and am also doing it outside. Two days a week I run at 5:15am and here (in NYC) the sun is rising. It looks dark when I look out the window but it's actually pretty light out. I don't know where you live but while the days are still…

I just finished W2D3. I have 2 very small children and a dh that works long hours so the only time I can do it is by getting up at 5am. I know I will need the support of this group to keep me going. It's so for me to get up that early! Great work everyone and please add me as a friend.
