Ok , I just saw this . It's 2 pm I am at work . I looked up the low impact...going to try to split this up and complete by 6pm - without any one seeing me .HAHAHAHA

It took me all of 4 hours to complete the modified version . I do not ever remember even the regular JJ being so hard !! My shoulders hurt so good right now. I never do any upper body cardio . I think I'll add this as an every other day cardio...maybe not so many but hey...
