Yeah that is great keep it up. I stopped for 5 years but then crashed and burned the last few months but its been i think 3 days now, just got to keep it up.

Monday through Saturday at 4:45 am Sunday whenever i wake up Its a banana and water shortly after just started it a couple of days ago.

Yeah i really didnt like drinking water either. I would only drink it at work and nowhere else. what i do now is drink water when i eat subway which i hope will be everyday now I also add onions to my sub so that way i NEED to drink some water.

Walking I may start riding my bike again but my knees may cry " not this again".

i would say if you have gone two months without it then why not go two months more and continue that.

Nothing i drink water one hour after i wake up. Perhaps one day if i have time ill make a a banana berry smoothie some bananas some strawberries some honey some orange juice some ice cubes thinking about buying stuff for an energy smoothie but i dont think ive had that much green in my life
