Entered the green zone of BMI TODAY (healthy),started dieting in the red(obese)!

done my 1st workouts on feed days but as i progress, on fast days they are even better,but in your own time! ;-)

I started green tea few month ago,did taste vile at first but you get use to it,totally addicted now,thats all I drink! Google it and you will see the benefits of it,its simply magic! you can buy green tea with lemon ,or berries,didnt like the one with berries but at home got my 2 boxes side by side,pure and lemon !

fasting +restricting calories seemed to work well,lost 3,5 stones over 4 months!

I only saw the program on bbc 2 but cant seemed to find the vid on utube now,anyway,I think its great, diabetes is gone,and feeling much more healther,definitely the way forward!
