Ive completed the NHS C25k challenge last spring ,and found it very efficient ! I did it on a treadmill indoors and this was relatively easy ,but I would recommend to do it outdoors as Its a lot of different and harder,even if you have the incline on 2 on treadmill ! Just done mud runner yesterday,10k mud run up and down hills in the uk! absolutely loved it, signing up now for icebreaker in february: 10 k mud run/ 20k mud cycling/4 k run ! Had nothing else planned this day anyway! :-)

I do body pump in classes at my gym,love it so much that it has become my only weight training! A full body work out in 1 hr,no messing,no waiting till the machines are free,no mobiles phones grrrrrr ...... I lost the weight end of last year and working now at becoming lean.....so plenty of body pump,rpm,and running do it…

working all night looking after disabled people then going to run at 9am !

As you do C25k ,why not doing the Strength and Flex program , its on the same NHS page and you already used to the podcasts! ; :-)

have you got a good pair of running shoes? finishing C25k,had calves pain at every run,went get myself a very good pair of running shoes,ones with gel padding,and since then,no more pain! ;-) best investment ever !!!!

When I dont feel like it ,i still go cause i know when i will put my kit on,my music on,i will get in the mood and when i will finish,whatever the pain,I will not regret it ! I get my best workouts when "I don't feel like ! " Get yourself some clothes you feel good in and some tunes ! :-)
