I have "read" since I am not there yet and had huge TWIN baby boys that it can take up to 2 years after reaching goal weight to see everything go back to original position. In fact, some insurance will cover tummy life but ONLY after 2 years.

That may just be the coolest most encouraging thing I have seen on here! I feel like I look so much better then my weight says and have wondered how much is because of fitness-muscle. I know I am wearing smaller sizes at heavier weights going down in weight then when I was gaining. Anyway, AWESOME!

Thank you everyone. These tips are helpful and yes, MFP is NOT good tracking for this. I get occular migraines with exercise adn is why I track it and do better when I get more electrolytes. Thanks for tip below! Most people aren't tracking potassium and don't enter it because it's not required on labelling. I look it up…

I have an elliptical with a Pro-form lap-top stand in front of it, so I can work out and type (like right at this moment). I don't do much when I do weights aside from some work emails and surfing from my smart phone.
