Holy NSV, Batman w/ emphasis on the NON-SCALE! (pics)

I have been working out rigorously including strength training for 4 months and going down adding muscle is so VERY…

I am low on electrolytes according to RDA and that does not account for what I am losing through exercise. I can’t seem to get enough Sodium & potassium. I do okay on calcium. Eating banana’s, avocados, spinach, etc. supplementing water with electrolyte mix and still not even at “RDA”. I know most folks are probably not…

Obese &loving exercise!!! Should I see a physician?
Am I the only one that LOVES exercise? I seriously would exercise all day if I could. I exercise about 2-3 hours daily. I love movement, the endorphins, the multi-tasking I do while execising (web, MFP, pinterest, work, etc...) Weight loss = the ultimate goal, but Woo-Hoo for these!
I know we are all here to get fit and feel fabulous first and foremost, but these healthy balanced diet and high energy lifestyle has sent some other happy surprises my way listed below. 1. Strong shiny nails instead of brittle and broken. 2. Strong shiny glimmering hair. Way healthier...can't explain. 3. Increased liver…

Proform Lap Holder - I multi-task email and elliptical
I actually expensed a Laptop holder created by Pro-Form through my company that enables me to be able to multi-task checking email (as it is created to go over fitness machines and my elliptical. Granted, it is not a hard core work-out and a lot of stops to respond to intense emails or handle work, but I figure anything is…

Losing fast, yet still wrestling with it all!
I had to lose 151 lbs to get to the "top" of my healthy weight range. Very hard to face that beast of a reality!!! I have been exercising and counting calories for 46 days and have lost 35 lbs! I went to a family gathering recently ready to feel "good" about my loss, but I think felt more obese recognizing even with this…

Losing fast, yet discouraged and needing encouragement!

I went to a family gathering recently ready to feel "good" about my loss, but I think felt more obese recognizing even with this…
