Pro-Form Heart Rate Monitor Watch, Calorie Mode?

I am desperate, as I have spent 3 hours searching the web to no avail for how to access and use the calorie counter on this thing? I have chest strap on, but can't figure it out and need HELP. If you have one, can you help me?
