I have heard that it takes 2 years for you to know if excess skin with retract. I have lost almost 100 and don't have any "yet" and am 39.

I was a size 22, now a size 10, but I WAS before those, a size 4. However, I am going for fit, strong and defined which I have NEVER been. Raise the bar just to give yourself some mystery. ;-)
