Weight loss = the ultimate goal, but Woo-Hoo for these!

I know we are all here to get fit and feel fabulous first and foremost, but these healthy balanced diet and high energy lifestyle has sent some other happy surprises my way listed below.

1. Strong shiny nails instead of brittle and broken.
2. Strong shiny glimmering hair. Way healthier...can't explain.
3. Increased liver function - noted by doctor and my poop...ha!
4. Happy, happy endorphins! Sometimes, I feel I am taking recreational drugs, but I swear I am not!
5. Increased energy all around!
6. No morning soreness. Can walk down steps without needing rail support.
7. Wake up bouncy strong...really, I am super spazzy and STRONG when I hit floor (can't explain this either, but it is clearly a STRONG feeling) verses begrudging mornings.
8. I find my mind is sharp and concentrated and enjoy things way more. *Changing colors *engage in my kids conversations more. *take time to squeeze life a little more.
9. i am still morbidly obese, but I swear I look fabulous in that 'er mirror. Muscle tone is changing my shape ALREADY.
10. I am more funny, witty and engaging...the old me!
11. I find myself braving new things; internet dating, bicycling with clubs, going to new places.
12. I personally EAT more delicious foods because I know every calorie counts. I eat more gourmet prepared meals.

Anyone got ones to add because I could go on and on, but who likes a pesky long post...HA!...

I have noticed great changes along the way too. Some you mentioned but here are a few more I experienced.

    1. No more really bad reflux and heartburn, I was able to stop Prilosec. (if I do eat something kind of crappy, I still have problems, more motivation to stay on track:laugh: )
    2. Skin looks younger
    3. I look younger.

What else do all you MFPers celebrate as positive changes?
