  • One day wouldn't hurt, but don't overdo it. Just have a bit and then put the rest away so you're not tempted. I know if I started eating Halloween candy I'd probably eat an entire bag just cause it's right there in front of me. :(
  • I can't remember really but one time I had like 3 or 4 cinnamon buns in one sitting followed by some pancakes, bacon, and potato patties. So wrong but so right. Not sure if that's the most I've ever eaten in one sitting. Probably not. But that's the one of the more recent ones so I remember it the most.
  • Definitely weigh the food you have before you eat it. Before I even start my meal I weigh everything on my plate and put it into my app. Eat slowly so you fill up faster and avoid eating seconds. Good luck! (:
  • It depends what I feel like at the time, but I much prefer salty fried foods and savoury dishes than desserts.
  • A while back my mom came home from Costco with a bag of Baked Lentil chips. I was a bit skeptical at first but I tried them and they're super good.
