I'm 5'3" but just keep in mind that everyone wears their weight differently. :) What 170 pounds looks like on me may look differently on you.

I've been having trouble with binging(and purging occasionally), lately. I talked to my doctor about it and he prescribed me Adderall. It's a medication for ADD that helps make you more focused, and one of the side effects happens to be reduced appetite. I started taking it today and I haven't had any urge to binge. It's…

Sushi is the greatest food in the world. 'Nuff said.

Once I get to my goal weight, if I go out for the occasional dinner with friends or family, I may not count just cause it's a hassle and I wanna enjoy my night out and treat myself. But for every other day where it's just kinda casual or whatever, then yeah, I plan to for pretty much...ever.

Bump! Would love some more replies to this.

So my BMR is the minimum I should be eating a day just to function? 1535 calories? Cause for the past year I've been eating 1200 a day. That's what MFP tells me to eat a day to lose 2 pounds a week..

It's usually either chocolate, or these addictive thin cookie. About 100 cals a package, and 100 cals for 2 pieces of chocolate, too. I'll set aside calories for some at the end of the night, but I end up just eating another package and another after that..

Anyway, I need to get to sleep. Hopefully there will be more responses to read in the morning. Any support and advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you guys. Goodnight.

I do live a pretty sedentary lifestyle when I'm not working. I'm a waitress so I'm always on my feet at work, and according to MFP, I burn anywhere from 700-800 calories a day while at work. So I'll usually end up eating back some of those calories, which is nice. it's when I have days off(like today), that I end up…

The problem is, I find that I gain weight very easily if I eat more than 1200 cals a day. I have a VERY slow metabolism. So if I were to eat, say, 1400 cals a day instead of 1200, I'd probably have gained weight at the end of the week instead of lose it. I really hate seeing that number on the scale go up. I need to…

1200. :\ Not very much..

I'm just absolutely terrified of going over 200 pounds again. I've done so well this past year. I've stuck to my diet a lot better than I thought I would when I first started. I did have a few hiccups in the middle when I went on a cruise, but I worked hard to overcome the 10 pounds or so I gained from that. But lately…

Some replies to this would be really great right about now. :(

I love lifting weights, almost more than I love doing cardio. I've only just started going to the gym and doing it regularly. But I love it. It's really relaxing and fun. I'm also really excited for when I start to see results. I'm sick of flabby arms!
-
I've kept my biggest pair of jeans for my "after" pic, but everything else that's now way too big on me have gone into giant garbage bags to be donated. If I don't have any clothes to fit into if I gain weight again, then I won't gain weight. I wouldn't wanna have nothing to wear and not be able to go out at all. :P

Toblerone. :( Not the super giant ones. Just the medium sized ones. But still, gah! That was like last week though. I'm back on track though.
-
Thanks. :D You, as well. (:
-
Thanks! That's exactly the kinda answer I was looking for. (: Obviously we're all different so it's different for everyone. I should take some pics now and compare them with how my arms look in a few months and see if I can see any noticeable changes.

Activity level. I'm a waitress so I'm always on my feet and being active at work and burning calories that I can eat some back of. But I've had the past 2 days off so I've been way less active and getting back into my couch potato days. I go back to work tomorrow though so hopefully I can get back into my routine.
-
I've been going out a lot lately with family or whatever for dinners and stuff so it's been hard to stay under. And I've had the last 2 days off work so I've been at home and bored so I've just been snacking a lot. :\
-
I've read on here that there's no point in even doing that because it makes exercising pointless if you're just gunna eat back your calories.

Bump! Would love some replies to this. I'd really love to know what all I can do to relieve stress. (:

Um, I don't believe the "derp" over the science. The documentary I watched did a lot of studies. -.-

Whoa, a lot of you guys misunderstood me. I know sugar in fruits is good. I was talking about the refined stuff and high fructose corn syrup. Not natural sugars. Sheesh. D:

1. Lights Poxleitner 2. Emma Watson 3. Rachel McAdams 4. David Tennant 5. Ryan Gosling The pictures are way too big so, just putting the names. :(

Thanks. Bookmarked that page to read at a later time. I would now but it's late and I'm sleepy. :c
-
I just don't know what to think. :\ I mean I know sugars in fruit are good but like, the high fructose corn syrup stuff? Idk man. :c It's hard to know with all these different sources saying different things.

I'm serious. It's just scary to think about. :\ Forget it. I'm clearly dumb. I'll shut up and let this thread die now okay thanks.
