Same clothes, a year and a half later.
Went from 235 pounds to about 170 or so. I haven't weighed myself in months so I have no idea what I am currently but I'm sure it's in the 170 area. I still have a ways to go to my goal weight, but I figured I'd share this picture.

Healthy savoury crepe recipe?

I'm still confused about what TDEE is..
