Losing stomach fat and toning..

While I have been losing quite a bit of weight this past month, I've noticed my stomach fat hasn't really been going away at all. People have complimented me on how much smaller I look but when I look at the mirror all I can see is my stomach bulging out.
I looked up some workouts on YouTube to get a flatter stomach but all of the workouts require exercises that include a lot of constant knee bending/unbending. I have some issues with my knees. They make some cracking/popping sounds whenever I bend them and it's a little irritating and painful. Are there any exercises I can do to lose stomach fat that don't require so much knee bending?
I know there's sit-ups but I'm not able to do more than 10-15 of those without being too tired/sore to continue. What else is there that I can do in the meantime?

You can't spot reduce fat. It comes off where and when your body wants it to. You are still far from your goal. The stomach fat will come off as you get closer.
I'd also recommend getting into real strength training (heavy weights, compound moves) to strengthen the muscles and tendons in your knees. It does wonders for mine. Also, take glucosamine. Strength training also prevents muscle loss as you diet which will results in a better body composition.0 -
There actually aren't any exercises you can do to spot reduce any area, unfortunately your body decides what fat it wants to lose first, and there isn't anything you can do about it. Actually doing sit-ups, and strengthening your core can actually push your stomach out farther at first, because you still have that fat, and you are increasing the muscle size there. So just keep doing what you are doing, and it will eventually come off.0

Glucosamine and Chondroitin promote joint comfort, flexibility and mobility when taken together.***

You can find Glucosamine super cheap, a lot of times it will come as a complex as:
Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM (which is awesome)
twice I've trained too hard, or too heavy, to frequently what ever, and I'll start to get really sore joints. After a week or so of taking a supplement like the ones listed above I feel 100x better.0 -
It is true you can't spot reduce, my tummy and boobs are the last place I lose.
A good exercise that doesn't involve knee bending is the plank, it works the entire core and really helps suck it in.0 -
