How long will it take to see results?

I've just started going to the gym regularly, doing both swimming and using gym machines for working out certain muscles. I really wanna tone my arms cause they're REALLY flabby. I'm just wondering how long it'll take to see results if I go once or twice a week(pretty much every day I have off work). I know it won't happen instantly, obviously. Just wanting to know how long till I can noticeably see a decrease in the amount of arm flab I have. :P

8 months, 2 weeks, 5 days, 17 hours, 46 minutes, 13 seconds. Give or take 7 seconds.0

Honestly, I had the same question. Then I realised, everyone is different, we all have different body fat/muscle/build/hormones etc... Having said that I will tell you that I've been going for 3 months 3-4 times per week weight lifting, eating right and no more than 2 cardio sessions per week with the odd walk with the dog thrown in. It happened slowly but after about 2 months I saw noticeable results, after the third even more noticable. My arms are still not where I want them to be but I will keep going. In a year from now I will be glad I kept at it
Everyone is different so don't let my journey dictate your own timelines, just stick with it and it will happen0 -

Thanks! That's exactly the kinda answer I was looking for. (: Obviously we're all different so it's different for everyone. I should take some pics now and compare them with how my arms look in a few months and see if I can see any noticeable changes.
Good idea, one thing I am dissapointed I didn't do is take my measurements. I am sure there are changes but it is frustrating not seeing the numbers. Good luck on your journey0 -
