I typically have grapes, apples, wheat crackers, natural peanut butter, light yogurt & mini babybel cheese. I love it because then I don't ever go to the vending machine!!! Oh and LOTS of bottles of water :)

I'm a fast food junkie as well and always have been. I do not completely take it out of my diet because I've learned over the years if I do then I will just binge and lose all that I've accomplished. With that being said, I get a plain burger if I do go and try to avoid fries at all costs but sometimes I can't help it :)…

My grandma told me last year to add it to my dinner when cooking b/c it helps with weight loss. It must be an old method as some have previously said. I believe it works, my grandma brought out an article in a health magazine that mentioned it as well.

I am always over on sugar as well. I use to be worried about sugar until several people told me not to worry. I don't eat candy or drink pop so it isn't a huge concern to me at this point. AND sodium! Any suggestions on trying to cut out some sodium? That seems to be my weakness, I stay right on my goal with the rest…

I did the exact same thing :) I worked out started watching what I ate last week AND bought a scale on Friday to finally give me that extra push! It worked, I started at 185 as well and the scale on Friday was at 179!! Very similar to your experience so I know exactly how you feel!!!! :) Good luck!
