i work nights & this was my biggest problem with snacking especially non slow nights. i spoke with a nutrionist and was told that nights are my days & that I should eat my dinner at work, and eat smaller meals during the day time. I do plan to continue tracking, it's like asking me if I plan to continue eating. I believe it's a good idea to do so because it's when we become comfortable that we slide right back to old habits. :smile:

this is right on time, this morning at the gym this lady was doing the circuit training going from machine to machine without cleaning. I'm having baked fish with brown rice & black beans. I work the night shift.... my downfall was a lot of creamers in my coffee so lately i have been drinking black with splenda, grapes, natural almonds. Recently i buy just brown rice, bagel , spaghetti, bread. This chica gonna be a hot 50 in 2014

Hey ladies 1st & foremost, congrats on ur higher educatio; It will pay off in the end. I can so relate, I went straight from nursing school to my BSN programm to job orientation = major stress, but now that I'm almost over i'm happy. I constantly drink caffeine with lots of cream, not good. I think my 12 hours shift helps…

I love coffee.... but I'm trying to weane myself off a bit. I do find that when I have oatmeal it keeps me filled longer... I like peanuts in my oatmeal. I also like grits, with scramble eggs.... I am truly leaning towards porridge these days because this way I wont snack in between.

my daughter & son are on MFP, I definitely cook much healthier for every1 in my house. The other night i had a meatless dish... eggplant parmesan & the kids ate w/o any fuss. I'm a vegetarian but my family is not... so this is new for them but it works. I just got a new oven and I plan to bake/broil basically everything.…
