My doctor doesn't want me to be lower than 140. I am focusing more on how I feel and how clothes fit than the number since I am trying to build muscle and not just lose weight.

I have that. The last time I lost weight, it went down. I still have about 20 more pounds to go before the weight starts coming off of that area. Then, I have about 10 more pounds until goal, so it is definitely one of the last places I lose

BCP do nothing but mask your symptoms. There are A LOT more treatments out there to help regulate insulin and in turn hormones. Talk to your doctor about more treatment options.
