Definitely better to eat than not. Just make sure that you are drinking plenty of water with that high a sodium count. One day isn't going to hurt you.

There are debates out there about how much water to drink a day. Personally, I have found that drinking 8-12 glasses a day is perfect for me, higher on a cardio day. From what I have read, to really absorb the water, you should drink about a glass an hour. Otherwise, you are passing most of it through your system.

It was pretty miserable for me the first couple of months. I was in PAIN the first mile every time I walked. Once I got past the first mile I was good to go. About 6 months in I started jogging, and the same thing - shin splints, numb toes, knee pain. For me it was just pushing through - I hope you find what works for you.

I know it doesn't always work for everyone, but I log my exercise in the morning (if I'm working out in the afternoon or evening). I would love to see an answer to this too. I am a 38J, and currently layer 4 bras for zumba or running. I have a great bra for everyday, which I ordered online, but can't seem to find a sports bra that controls things.

Virginia girl here. I am doing Zumba at least 2 nights a week indoors, but I also jog (usually outside). I have been going out at 5:30-6am to beat some of the heat and humidity.
