  • I agree with Shar. Atkins bars and sugarfree candies will give you a lot more carbs than they claim. Most commercial products that sell themselves as being "low carb" pack more carbs (and calories) than are helpful for weightloss. Keep the majority of your food naturally low carb -- meat, vegetables, full fat dairy.
