  • Hi there! Looks like I am the senior citizen of the group... just turned 53 on Christmas.:smile: I did day 1 Level 1 today so I hope to be able to hang in there for the whole 30 days.

  • I actually started today :smile: I plan to do the M-F routine with Sat & Sun off.
  • I was just looking at this on youtube and decided to start tomorrow. I heard somewhere that you do each level Monday through Friday for 2 weeks to equal the 10 days. That way you have weekends off to rest. Is that the way most people do it or do you just go straight through every day? The M-F plan will probably work better…
  • I'm thinking about starting this for January. How do you guys count this in the exercise log? I don't see anything that would seem to fit and they don't have any specific video workouts listed.
