Oy!! Map My Ride doesn't give an accurate route on the routes I mark but alternative ones! What to do?? Is a pedometer a very expensive thing to buy? I would also need something that showed calories burned... :/

Ah! And today (Day 2) slept a lot drank my 8 cups, went to bring my daughter to a friends house and stayed there and had dinner just now... :) Heading to bed, I'm shattered.

I went to a family BBQ where I drank and ate thinking about you, guys... :) I had already done my "homework" (drinking water) and I played with the kids... :)

I started ahead, on Wednesday, and it's going really good!!! It's 11.15 AM and I already drank 6 cups! I'm also having the worst caffeine withdrawal, as I cut ALL the Pepsi Max I was drinking daily... I guess I just have to go through it and drink loads of water... :(

I'm drinking 2 liters of water a day minimum... And it feels great! Let's hope my migraine is withdrawal and weather condition and that both improve shortly! Thanks everyone for the tips/advice/opinions/concern... :) Hugs, Andrea

I have been walking a lot since I started MFP and doing some in-place jogging since I don't have running shoes (yet!!). Check my diary if you can... :D It's going absolutely great and I think I'm ready... At my pace, of course... :)

I used to... You just have to find the motivation to get up and exercise... And for me, it was just last Friday that I realized how bad it was: I saw a pic of me and it was horrible... :( So there... Find your motivation and you'll need "no help" in order to exercise!! :D Good luck!
