Yay all!!!!! So PROUD!!!!! I'm doing my crunches as soon as my dinner has gone down a bit... And a couple of exercises more with my weights!! :smiley:

Leg lifts!!! I knew I was forgetting something... Will catch up later, I'm exhausted after my weight training routine... Hoping to get rid of these flabby arms that have been haunting me my whole life... And of the flabby belly... :(

They're are strength exercises and MFP doesn't put a number of burned calories on them. HOWEVER: if you time your exercise and go to "cardio" exercises, type "strength" in the search engine. It will give you an exercise where you can put the time it took you to do it and the calories burned. HTH!! :smiley:

@eydiedenise It could be that you're transforming fat into muscle. Muscle is compacter and weighs more... :smiley: Are you measuring yourself? :smiley:

Just lost 0.5kgs!!! In reality, it's a little bit more, since the start weight I gave into MFP was the lowest of many readings (and I believe it was a wrong reading)... But, hey!! I'VE LOST WEIGHT!! :smiley:

One noob question: since I'm over my calories most of the days, and since I walk a lot, and I'm going to sport even more, should it be logical/reasonable/advised/healthy to up my cals to 1510 (it's what MFP gives me) since, anyway, my dietist put me in 1600cal/day? Sorry for so many questions that might seem idiotic, but…

My hand weights are fix... Not adjustable at all... They are a bar and two "balls" forming a whole... I'm in Belgium so I'll have to see at a sports store... And I'm going to google for a lifting plan for beginners!! :D That's a great idea, thank you.

Surgeon said "lift as much as possible"... lol And that was it... I'll have to make an appointment and ask him more... In the meanwhile, and because his answer might come late, I'm doing everything possible to create healthy habits. The lose part, will come... :)
