    This is a follow on from the March Weight Loss Challenge set up by mariamathsgeek. This one works the same way: You weigh in every week and set your own goals. Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the March challenge to join in April.

    Successes/struggles this week: Very worried about my sport's upcoming tryouts (every member has to re-try out every year). So much stress from school, working out, work, organizations that I can't seem to control my binge eating habits.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've worked out every day for the past week - and, more importantly, I've enjoyed my workouts and felt like they've been really successful.
    Went to the cinema with my friend yesterday and ate SO much - had a horrible sugar crash all evening, I guess that was my body confirming that it was a bad idea to eat so many sweets...

    successes/struggles: I have started with a small group at church and lost 20 pounds since January. We weigh once a month, but I am finding myself "playing around" with foods I know I shouldn't be eating, so more accountability would be good for me. Exercise is a challenge--I use a stationary bike, but have real issues with severe arthritis and low back pain, so the dr has me in time out for the next week. :(
