    I've been adding in strength exercises. Yesterday, I attempted a new type of squat to help my calves, and it temporarily (hopefully) backfired. About 5PM last night, my calf muscles and knees have locked up making it very very difficult to walk, and the walking I did do was very painful. I'm able to walk this morning with minor pain, but that was only after kneading the hell out of my calf muscles/back of knees in the middle of the night when I woke up in agonizing pain.

    Successes/struggles this week: weekends are always a challenge for me, my boyfriend loves to take me out to dinner and go out for drinks. (gotta love him though) i need to start making healthier choices when we go out.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have scoliosis (Twisted spine, basically) and I generally find exercise excruciatingly painful. I need to find something that works for me so that I can be more consistent! Also I need to deal with weight fluctuations, they depress me so much and I go off course.

    Successes/struggles this week: I didn't check in a faithfully as I should have in the March board, so this month I'm recommitting to checking in every Wednesday this month. I also started 30 day shred yesterday and plan on doing it every single day this month. I'm excited to see the results.
