Success/struggles: My success has definitely been in the gym this week. I have increased my running and am finally able to run 3 miles in less than 30 minutes. I also completed 5 strength training sessions this week. My struggle has been with sugar and I had 2 days where i went over my calorie goal this week, largely in part to sugar (darn leftover jelly beans from Easter!). Will keep working on this area. Good luck everyone!

Well i managed to get to the gym this morning. A small victory as it was my first morning after a week off work and a cold starting. Planning a run at the gym tomorrow . Packed up my lunch and snacks for tomorrow at work. Any suggestions on a good easy filling breakfast?

Successes/struggles this week: I struggled on my wedding anniversary and ate WAYYY over my calorie limit. However, I forgave myself and am steadily moving forward. I'm currently working on hydrating. It's not that I don't like water, I just forget to drink it. It's not until I'm really thirsty do I realize that I haven't had a drop to drink since my morning coffee. I'm getting better at keeping a water bottle within sight at all times. My biggest success this week was completing my 7th 5k for the year. At 46:41.1, I didn't do too bad. My PR is around 44 so my goal for the next race is sub 44.

Successes - No huge surprise successes: Just doing what I know I am supposed to do!
Struggles – So weird that my measurement are going down nicely, but I’m not really shrinking out of my clothes, yet! (I have only had to get rid of a few things.)

    I did a batch of muffin-tin quiche-things, that make for a great grab-and-go breakfast.

There are recipes out there, I am sure, but I just put on some brown rice to cook (I've used quinoa before, too), sautéed some veggies, let everything cool, then mixed it all together with a few eggs and some egg whites (and cottage cheese because I like that). Filled muffin-tins 1/2 way, then topped with some cheese and chives. Baked, then allowed to cool. Threw some in a big Ziploc in the fridge, and the rest in the freezer.

The only thing wrong with them is that my children like them too much, and I've been left with no breakfast...

Same here...Ive lost about 15 lbs and many inches...yet my clothes still all fit and feel the same. Maybe a slight difference, like the waist of my jeans are a bit big now so I have to wear a belt, but in my hips and thighs...the inches are gone (supposedly!) but my clothes are still as snug as always.

Comments/Successes/Challenges: Weight loss appears to have slowed down a bit but that might partly be water retention as my exhausted quads attempt to repair themselves. I have walked over 30 kilometers in the past two days.
