    Successes/struggles this week: Resisting the candy while making Easter baskets. I allowed myself some jelly beans and waited for chocolate...well, I waited 2 days, then I had SOME. Nothing like I would have devoured last year.

    I've started week 4 of C25K. I survived. Wasn't the best run, but I did it! (I was also running in humidity of Texas, so that always makes it a little worse. )

    Successes/struggles this week: This is my first week on MFP, and so far I'm loving this incredible community. It's a huge encouragement to embark on this (very long) journey with so many awesome fellow travelers. My biggest challenge this week will be coping with exhaustion as my body adapts to a lower sugar intake and I get my macro goals under control.

    Struggles/successes: I've made my 120g protein goal every day! Work has been very stressful this week and I can feel myself wanting to stress eat, but have not given in to the cravings. Had a HUGE craving for chocolate yesterday but did not go grab candy bars from the store like I wanted to LOL

    Successes/struggles this week: 1- I tried to be good at Easter, but my grandmother's potato salad was delicious! 2- I walked more this week than I have in a long time, and it felt AMAZING! 3- My son is sick with some sort of viral illness, which means no sleep for Mama. I'm trying going to bed earlier so I can catch up on shut eye, but he's been getting up almost every 1-2 hours. Hopefully he gets better soon! I hate seeing him sick like this :'(

    Successes/struggles this week: Didn't get to exercise at all this week as I ended up spending all my time commuting to work thanks to the bridge I have to cross to get to work being closed, commute time tripled over night. Hoping to get back into the swing next week.

    Weight lost/gained this week: around 2 lbs but is fluctuating up and down
    Weight lost/gained this month: hoping to loose 6 to 8 lbs pounds this month

    Successes/struggles this week: My weight is going between 217. 6 and 216.0 probably because Easter dinner and Birthday Dinner this month But tried to stick with calories intake. My success is right around the corner, 1st small goal get to 200.0 after that 30 more pounds then to keep that up.
