Successes/struggles this week: I started exercising this week, which is great. I've also still been pretty hungry after hitting my calorie limit, too. I know that being hungry is just a part of losing weight, but I'm wondering if this is *too* hungry, you know? Yet I'm still not satisfied with the speed of my weight loss, haha. I have to remember to be patient, and take the little victories so I don't get discouraged and fall off the wagon.

Successes/struggles this week: It's exciting to be down four pounds! I don't think I've stayed perfectly within my allotted calories even a single day this week, but I have tracked Every. Last. Thing. I have refused to get sucked into the vicious thought pattern of all (perfection) or nothing (EATING ALL THE THINGS). I think this has made a huge difference, and has helped me operate at a calorie deficit most days, even if that deficit is not as significant as it could be. This week has been a great warm-up period. I feel that I'm ready to begin focusing more on physical activity and meeting macro requirements. You all are amazing! Thank you so much for being such a huge encouragement this month.

MONTHLY THEME: Consolidation - After 84 days of hard core dedication to calorie restriction and exercise militancy I'm giving myself a plateau month before my body does it for me. A gentle easier month with only a small loss as the goal but continuing on with my positive attitude towards this journey.

    Start Weight (1st April): 220.4
    Goal Weight (1st May): 215.0

    1st April: 220.4
    8th April: 218.2
    15th April: 216.9
    22nd April:
    29th April:
    1st May:

Weight lost/gained this week: 1.3 loss
    Weight lost/gained this month: 3.5

Successes/struggles this week 2: Still feeling similar to last week. I'm having great days in my weeks but also crappy terrible hard days (like today) I'm really struggling to stay within my calorie allocation for the day. I have really slipped on eating well instead I'm eating crappy food but little bits so this may account for my general feelings of BLAH.. Improvements need here, Back to salads and healthy choices and we may see improvements in how I feel overall. Still a loss so glad about that. Though If I eat like I have since I got on the scales I'm thinking I'll see that trend reverse. I need a bit of a push.. Someone to light a fire cracker under my (still far too large) butt.

Successes/struggles this week 1: Everything is a struggle. Everything.. I'm tired and headachey and over all that is ***** in my life and I just want off the merry-go-round. Seriously. I wish I knew what triggers these bouts of feeling so crappy. I physically feel crappy, like I'm getting sick but never quite am. When I feel good I feel great but when I feel bad I feel soooo bad. I'm tired of the struggle. I'm just tired full stop.

I am hoping that this will be the month I make it under 200 (if I do not I won't feel like I failed as every loss is a win to me) but if I do you will hear me screaming from wherever you are :-)
