    Started a weightlifting program this past week and have been sore all week. Hoping to keep up with the weights despite the soreness. Also, I'll be working out of town this week, so am anticipating that eating healthy will be a challenge.

    Started the week with a stupid binge and spent the next 3days clawing it back. But I did and spent 4 hours on the bike by riding to work twice. Note to self: avoid wine in front of the tv. It leads to cheese and disaster.

    Going for 6.8lbs off this month to make a nice round 245 - it's my weigh day Friday though so I'll change the dates to suit.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have no idea how this loss happened... it's been a steady 1lb to 2lb off for many weeks now. Oh well, I'll take it! Very happy. it's been a tough week and I was sure I'd had more calories than usual so this is a very welcome boost.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been struggling a lot lately with eating right and I haven't gone to the gym in a while now, which is one of the reasons why I decided to join this site. I currently work a full-time and part-time job and am just tired a lot of the times and make excuses as to why I am eating bad and not working out.
    As for successes this week, I have had healthy dinners every night so far. =]

    I think I am finally getting into a fitness routine. I have walked 90 mins 3x this week. I'm currently on night shift and am itching to get home for a walk before bed. The struggle for me is to stop drinking so much weekly...I have the worst friends lol.
