    Successes/struggles this week: I started a prescribed appetite suppressant this week and a 1000-1200 calorie diet. The medication has definitely helped me stick to the calories (I have lost 6lbs), but it is still a challenge to change habits.

    Successes/struggles this week: My biggest challenge is finding time to work out. I started trying working out first thing in the morning (as in, 30 minutes after waking), but I don't know if I can keep that up. I have a 10-month old at home, work full-time and am trying to clean up the house for Easter (we're hosting). This week will be a challenge, but I hope to keep it together!

    March wasn't the best month for me for loss, I only lost a pound but I guess it could have been worse. I plan to make up for that in April.

    Successes/struggles this week: Plateaus! I get stuck at one weight for weeks at a time; the weight loss (or gain) tends to hit all at once. Here's hoping that I get two or three of those big loss days this month and finally hit my goal weight.
