Hi I'm 5ft 2 on 1200 calories. It's been 4months I have lost 9 lbs. I dnt understand where I am going wrong. I eat sensibly 40/35/25 P/c/f. Any advice?? The 9lbs was at the beginning in 2 months I have lost 1 lbs. height 5ft 2 Weight 145 lbs Goal 120 lbs

I am eating cereal for breakfast with boiled egg skim milk, cod or salmon for lunch or dinner with vege or a grilled chicken with vege. Snacks peanut butter, almonds!

I dnt understand TDEE!! Sorry?? But by increasing my calories wil I not gain weight? I'm scared I wil gain if I eat more than suggested! And well done with ur results!! You doin very well!!

Thanks everyone!! I try and eat under 1200 calories cause I feel like I wil put on weight if I wat more! My excercise comes from mainly cleaning the house n cooking!! I'd say prob 4 hours a day I'm literally on my feet! But the weight wil jus not come off!! I'm struggling!!!
