Actually I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds more. I'm down 36 so far. Then the focus will shift to maintenance. I have a lot of physical goals to attain in addition to the weight - running a 5k without walking at all being my biggest goal.

A good way to practice if you have a ball is to use the ball for support under your abdomen. That is the only way that I can do them right now, and as you build your strength, you can gradually move to a more standard position for doing them! Best of luck!
