  • I have IBS and have since my mid 30s. At one time I thought it was a diet thing so I started keeping a diary. Then came the day I concluded frozen ravioli and sauce was a "miracle food." I started my period the next day. So I think my hormones have a bigger impact than my diet.

  • I was just going to ask the same thing but let me think about this for a minute ... I made my beef stew today. It filled a 6 quart crock pot. There was maybe a quart to spare so it's safe to say it's 5 quarts of stew. 4 cups in a quart. 4 times 5 is 20, 20 cups or 10, 2 cup servings.
