Compression bras are the only thing I can run in!

I try and log everything for the day in the morning when I wake up, then I tweak it if anything goes awry! If I logged after I ate, I'd be worrying all day about whether I was going to go over or not.

I like that I can just log everything immediately with MFP on my iPhone. Actually, the other day I thought about eating a chocolate chip cookie, so I logged it on my diary and was so disgusted by how many cals/fat were in it that I didn't eat it!!

I have been on MFP/eating healthy for about a week now and find it very hard to eat all of the veggies and other foods that would get me to my goal, because although there are much fewer calories, there is much more bulk!
