I do sweat in the pool, I feel the prickle when it starts. I just don't have to deal with it! I walk too, so thats good for the bones stuff

google barefoot running, I think I had an article from Runners world with good stretches a while back

I am sensitive to wheat and have been off it since January, I find it really exacerbates my endometriosis and irritable bowel :( It's liveable with but takes your head both time and energy to adapt. I like quinoa as an alternative grain and for pasta. Good luck

currently I have not done more than an in/out without a wetsuit even in the summer as most events require them so it seems silly to practice without..
-
So I dipped :) it was great! Temperature about 5 degrees, I stayed in for about 5 mins and deliberately let the water inside my wetsuit..brr, but actually swam around a bit. Lovely to get back in the sea. Doing it again this week and hoping to stay in a bit longer. I was a bit concerned after reading so much about…

Swim smooth seems to recommend for drills, TI is against anything like that :) not my bag at all. I think there is a big issue that if your stroke is not perfect they can cause more problems

That was seriously awesome! about 5.5 degrees and i was in for about 5 mins only as I was not keen to get the shivering thing. roll on next week.

Loo, pops over to swimmers group Re: workouts, I can only d freestyle so. Don't do anything else but I try to go 3/4 times a week and vary between distance and short and long intervals. ATM I am concentrating n getting up to 2 miles and stroke technique, speed can come later

I love swimming! I do lots of pool swimming but am also aiming to get back into open water once it warms up enough to swim (I live in Scotland) I am doing a 2 mile event in Loch Lomond in august so thats what I am targetting atm. I am still concentrating a lot on my stroke and have to count lengths, so my zone is…

Yes, not so much rash but terribly terribly itchy, take an anti histamine and it Usually helps

These are UK size 10? I don't think anyone would consider size 10 fat tbh. I am size 10/12 and I is to do with body shape as much as anything what you look like. Wish I had that much boob though..mine is non existent! Think the mannequins look great though, the unrealistic ones might just as well be hangars

Yolks are yummy! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-jonny-bowden/egg-yolks-health_b_1838075.html

Er..right!

Do this with a whole egg, I bet the texture is better, I fry with a bit of coconut oil..very very yummy

It's not breastfeeding that affects your body but pregnancy. Well except the boobs! The only time I have had any boob is in the early months of feeding ( :cries: at A cups :( )

Hi, I have natural term fed all my children and am on my last now, she is 4. I am also 1 module off qualification as a breastfeeding counsellor. You are all awesome women!

Not a believer but I do believe that self discipline is probably good for the soul, since Christmas I have been all over the place and my Lenten discipline is to restart logging

Also in aberdeenshire, but no snow :)

Thanks, there is no way that I will eat anything that breathes so no, meat/fish is out. As I understand it tempeh is ok but I have never tried it and might have to order online so will see how that goes. Some sources seem to say tofu is ok and some not, in a week or so when everything has settled totally I will maybe try…

My maintenance as calculated by MFP is about 1750 plus exercise calories (which is what I prefer to do) I am 5'6 and 60kg
-
Nope because I can't be bothered to add loads of new recipes and weigh everything else when I am so busy..and away for new Year. So I will stop on Christmas Eve and start again on 3rd January

I don't drink at all and have never had more than a glass of wine, it made me feel so weird and wobbly that although i drank small amounts for a bit I haven't now for years aside from the odd sip of champagne at a wedding. Its not for health reasons and i don't feel proud not to drink or anything, its a personal…

Or eat a certain amount, if you loose and don't want to then add 100 calories etc. If you loose and want to good!
-
Did three blocks of 15 mins today.. 2 'heaps' dealt with and sitting room surfaces cleared for the first time in ages :)
-
lol, I have decided what I need for Christmas is a housekeeper! i know 15 mins 2ce a day is not enough...but as with exercise its more than nothing and its achieveable. Its also ONTOP of normal housework..
-
You are eating for two but you do not need the calories for two! Its about 300 extra calories a day. However of you get stuck with the nausea stick then it all goes to pot anyhow.... First three months in each pregnancy I lost significantly.. Good luck in your journey

you are thinking about evening it out over a few days or a week, I think some people do that and it works well for them. I think as long as you are happy with it then give it a go. As long as you weekly target is matched then go for it.
