Body fat % of 27.5
How to I reduce it? I have started some strength training, do some cardio..it does not need to go fast but it does need to go down! I am only 2lbs or so off my target overall weight but the body fat is too high :(

Operation 'pre Christmas Tidy'

Making up a protein shake in advance?
How far in advance can I make up a shake? (milk, powder, whatever else..) I find that if I come home post workout I do not have the space to make it as all the children need me for something, if I made it up before I went then I could drink whilst walking/driving home.. Would that be ok?

TDEE vs maintenance
I want to eat at a calorie equilibriam on lifting days. How do I calculate this? I am basically at goal weight but am eating at a .5lb calorie deficit for the moment. Is the maintenance calories my TDEE?

Improving shape and muscles = more calories

Upper body exercise with injury?
I have a rotator cuff injury..mostl just niggling but I am doing the physio so it doesn't get any worse. For a week now I have done only lower body stuff, I tried a set of press ups and they irritated the shoulder again. But it's very frustrating, I can't do weight work because I can't hold them. No muscle soreness after a workout
So this sounds odd but is it wrong that I do not ache the day after a weights session? I have started NRLFW and did my 3rd session yesterday. I lifted as much as I could and was challenged during the workout.. I really expected that I would be sore today..and I am not.. Why not? Do I need to do more?

I can't do a single press up :(
I can do some box press ups and some at about 50 degrees (leaning on the wall) but any lower than that and nothing happens when I push :( . Protein Powder in the UK
So according to the NRLFW my protein levels are too low to gain muscle mass which is what I will be eventually aiming to do. I am vegetarian and eat protein at every meal. So is powder the way to go? and if so rec me a NICE one thats available in the UK, i can't afford to experiment..
