Fish and Brussels sprouts. For a long time I thought I hated both. Now I've learned that I just hated the way my parents prepared them.0

Greek yogurt... you can make just about anything with it.0

I started eating Tilapia which is really good and healthy.
Also, I have Oral Allergy Syndrome, so fruits & veggies were always a problem for me. I now can eat salad, carrots, grapes, apples.
Love tuna fish, and I just recently came across Bumble Bee's premium tunas w/ flavors (jalapeno, sun dried tomato, etc) soooooo good mixed in my salads
Hummus is also really tasty

I just made zucchini (green squash) spaghetti last night for the first time--I cooked it up with some baby portabellos and a smidge of parm and it was SOO good! I call is Zu-'sgetti0 -
Zucchini - I make EVERYTHING out of zucchini these days

Chia Seeds, Quinoa, Wegman's Super (Protein) Pasta, P28 Protein Bread, Greek Yogurt, Casein Protein Powder, Polenta, Bison/Elk/Ostrich, Spaghetti Squash, Sunchoke Pasta, Baked Sweet Potato Wedges, Cauliflower Crust Pizza, Balade Butter (reduced everything bad but still butter), Various new nuts like Brazil nuts, Edamame Hummus, Eggplant Hummus, Almond/Hazlnut/Sunflower Butter, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter.
Also, Milk Progression:
Whole Milk->Skim Milk->Skim Organic->Soy Milk->Almond Milk->Flax Milk0 -
Ghirardelli dark chocolate. I limit myself to a square on those rare occasions I crave chocolate.
Greek yogurt with raspberries mixed in (I had never eaten a raspberry before this)

berrys .. all types... strawberrys blueberrys .. nom!! im a grazer so having berrys in really helps me not grab chocolate!0

Bulger wheat, Nakd bars, Ella's kitchen fruit purees, falafels, unsalted nuts,smoothies, half fat sausages, reduced fat cheddar and lots more but I basically just eat less of what I used to and exercise so much more.0

Definately avacadoes!! Also my family has found a new favorite meal, Easy broccoli & cheese caserole. Either I found it on here or on skinnytaste.com. Either way MFP introduced me to skinnytaste0

Hummus, greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, tuna, MORE fruit and veggies, MORE chicken, and a general love for better-for-you foods0

Quinoa!! I eat this in place of rice and pasta now. I make a big batch of it on Sunday, and use it in lunches and dinners throughout the week.0

^^^^THIS, we are quinoa idiots in this house. I use it for so many things and it is so versicle to soak up different flavors. I can have it with lime/cilantro one day and pineapple/chili peppers the next.
We also started having sweet potato instead of white potato as well. I cut them up, toss with a little EVOO, sprinkle with some cumin and cayenne pepper, pop them into a 350 oven for 30 minutes and OMG so good!0 -

i can't believe I thought I didn't like mushrooms! In an effort to add more and different tastes to my meals without sauces or condiments, I decided to experiment with foods that have strong flavors. I learned that i LOVE mushrooms! (if they are cooked right and not slimy)0

Almond milk (mostly because I am allergic to milk).
