Chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate raspberry luna bars, and most recently apples. I rarely ate apples before, now I eat one almost every day.

Im sure they've all been repeated, because they're so awesome, but:

non-fat plain greek yogurt with my fresh fruit mixed in, quinoa, brown rice, fresh organic wheat bread, bolt house yogurt ranch, STEAK!, cottage cheese, eggs :)

(I like my protein  )

Kohlrabi. Tastes great raw and when you chop it up and toss it in with a roast it makes you forget not having white potatoes. Highly recommend trying this. Has very mild taste and is nice and crispy to dip raw.

Greek yougurt! OMG so much protein and so tasty! Onions, I never liked them, but since I'm cooking real food now I have learned to use them in everything for flavor.
  • I found these amazing noodles called "yam noodles" or Shirataki. They are SO LOW CARB. And go great in Asian stir fry or any Chinese/Japanese meal which would usually have standard soba noodles or rice noodles. http://www.yamnoodles.net/

Cottage cheese! Relatively low cal/low fat, very high in protein. Great plain or with a little fruit thrown in.

Smoothies! Love those with lots of apples, pineapple and banana. Yum! The highlight of my morning! Also hummus, now that I have cut out (mostly) dairy products. I really don't miss butter at all! Amazing!! And I have really come to appreciate vegetables as well. Especially carrots, something I rarely ate.
